Good equipment in the kitchen can make your life so much easier and cooking so much more fun.

Good chef knives, reputable product and quality pots and pans can make a key difference!

some of my favourite and most loved!

The below are all equipment brands I have and use on a regular basis and love for their quality and durability, and recommend in a heartbeat - i hope you love them too

Netherton Foundry

Netherton Foundry

Netherton Foundry is a family owned business located in South Shropshire, and they've been designing cooking products for over three decades. Their pans are hand made, hand spun iron and come with a 2 year warranty for piece of mind. Their products are, quite frankly, superb. High quality, they are perfect hob to oven, and can be used on open flame and coals, gas, electric and induction. Used by many top chefs (Marcus Waring, Diana Henry etc) go check them out, you will not regret it!

ProCook

ProCook

High street chain ProCook and a fabulous all rounder brand, they stock pretty much all the kit you'd need for your kitchen at very reasonable prices. Their knives are great for a mid-range professional set (that wont break the bank) I particularly like the Damascus range. They're kitchen odds&sods are great for utensils and accessories. They also do a hob top toasted sando maker and waffle maker which I' a little bit in love with. A one stop shop to kit out the whole kitchen - go check it out.

Silverwood bakeware

Silverwood bakeware

Silverwood has been designing and making award-winning high quality professional-grade bakeware in Birmingham (my hometown) since the 1960’s. All their pieces come with a 25 year guarantee and undergoes a process called Silver Anodising, which hardens and seals the core aluminium, creating a distinctive Silverwood colour and a smooth, easy release and easy clean finish which is also much tougher and it will never peel, blister, warp or rust. I wont use anything else for my bakes.

Please note: I am not affiliated or paid for the above. The above opinions are my own.
